Andy Harrigan is an entrepreneur and business owner with a passion for helping people reach their potential. He founded Harrigan Development Services (HDS) in 2011, an Ozaukee County-based organization that provides vocational services, mentoring, and skill development programs to help individuals build independence and succeed in their communities.

Building on more than 15 years of experience in workforce development, Andy recently launched LaunchPoint Workforce, a company focused on helping young professionals successfully transition into the workplace. LaunchPoint partners with employers to develop the professional skills, confidence, and workplace readiness needed for long-term career success.
