About Us
At Cultivate Your Wellbeing, we specialize in pelvic health physical therapy that empowers people to move, heal, and thrive at every stage of life. Founded in Mequon by Dr. Katie Tredo, DPT, PRPC, our clinic is dedicated to helping women, men, and children address the pelvic health concerns that too often go undiscussed but have a major impact on quality of life.
We provide individualized, evidence-based care for issues such as pelvic pain, urinary leakage, constipation, painful sex, and recovery after pregnancy or surgery. We also support people through life transitions including postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Our treatments go beyond symptoms to address the whole person — blending expertise, compassion, and education so our patients feel confident and supported in their care.
We work closely with OB/GYNs, urologists, gastroenterologists, primary care providers, mental health professionals, and fitness instructors to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated support. Many of our referrals come from local providers who trust us with their patients, as well as from friends and family who have experienced the benefits of pelvic health physical therapy themselves.
Whether you are seeking help for your own health, know someone struggling with bladder, bowel, or pelvic concerns, or are a provider looking for trusted partners, Cultivate Your Wellbeing is here as a resource. Our goal is simple: to help our community feel strong, confident, and cared for in ways that truly improve daily life.
