    Pathway Management, LLC (founded in 1997) is a privately held, Chicago-based company that is dedicated to changing the way society "THINKS" about aging and senior living. The company operates 24 senior living communities in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

    We are looking for a unique, talented and competitive Sales Manager. If you dream about doing inside and outside sales and you are a mover and a shaker keep on reading.


    As a Sales Manager a typical day might include:

    -Scheduling some really great sales appointments to find the best residents for our communities.

    -Coordinate the best marketing events on the planet for our potential residents and referral partners.

    -Be inspired to think outside the box in creating, developing and implementing our marketing plans.

    -Building relationships with appropriate and some out of the box possible referral sources.

    -Having heart felt conversations with potential residents and families about them being a fit for our community.

    -Over- achieving quota and closing yet another deal.

    If you’re good at:

    -Finding out the needs and wants of prospective residents, family members and referral partners, and finding the best solutions to them.

    -Developing and maintaining rapport with people any where any time makes you happy. If you don’t close the sale, open a relationship

    -Listening to what people have to say, and then deliver what they want.

    -Getting out there and building a pipeline.

    -Selling innovative, forward thinking programs that you are passionate about.

    -Creating a sense of demand, instead of waiting to have a demand.

    -At the end of the day you can close the deal and bring in a wonderful new resident

    -Communicating clearly. You write well. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you’re comfortable communicating in writing and over the phone.


    To be the ideal Sales Manager for this role:

    -3+ years progressive direct customer sales experience.

    -Ability to overcome potential residents and families concerns on choosing Pathway Senior Living.

    -Must be willing to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.

    -Be able to demonstrate empathy and compassion for potential residents and their families.
