- Customer service at its best—answer phones, direct guests to the right team member, and make sure customers get the help and recommendations they need.
- Checkout expertise—guide guests smoothly and efficiently through the purchase process.
- Order fulfillment—take online orders, process, and prepare them for pickup.
- Support & teamwork—partner with fellow Ray’s staff across retail, events, and customer experience to deliver top-notch service.
