Move with Confidence: Pelvic Health & Yoga for Parkinson’s
Join Cultivate Your Wellbeing and yoga instructor Karen Sieger for a collaborative workshop designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s and their caregivers. This 90-minute program begins with education on how Parkinson’s can affect the pelvic floor, bladder, bowel, and pain. You’ll learn practical strategies for improving pelvic health and managing common challenges. Then, Karen will guide you through a gentle yoga class focused on mobility, balance, and pelvic awareness, with accessible options for all abilities. We’ll wrap up with simple take-home tips and an introduction to Urban Poling as a supportive movement tool.
